of women that have bleeding in the first trimester. Turns out I have a sch (I can't spell it). It's almost the size of the baby, but it's not near the baby so they think it will eventually just be reabsorbed. Baby's heartrate was 165. I get to do a 24hr urine and go back in a week.

Right there with you!!! I have the same thing from what you described. Saw it on my initial sonogram at 9 weeks, went back today. Mine has yet to reabsorb, but the baby has grown perfectly, and the concern is minimal. We will look again in 2 weeks. I didn't have bleeding associated with mine. It's just stuck there :/

Glad for you for a good appt.

I am very happy that you have an explanation for the spotting and that the baby is okay!

Just curious, what kind/color of spotting are you having?

I am very excited that baby is growing well and heartbeat was great.

Sorry for the sub-chorionic hemorraghe. It seems so common as I have read this so much in the different DDC's.

Yay for the great baby news!

I had a sch with M. Glad it is far from baby, it shouldn't be a problem then! Hope it resolves quickly for the sake of your nerves. I know it sucks to see any spotting even when you know it is probably ok.

It is sometimes brown, sometimes bright red, like the last day of a period.
