I've been so sick this time that I'm gaining weight like crazy. I had to eat every hour and a half to keep from being dizzy and nauseated, and I had so many food aversions that I was basically eating pop tarts and english muffins all day long. I think I've turned a corner; the I'm-gonna-puke-right-now feeling has subsided for the most part and healthier foods are sounding edible again, even if I can't stomach the smells to cook them. Anyway, yesterday I made a cup of Bengal spice tea, and it was amazing. Amazing! I don't feel sick while I'm drinking it and it keeps me from needing to eat every hour! I think it's because it's so cinnamon-y. I'm on my third cup already today.
Who else has finally found their miracle MS trick?
I got some Preggo Pops. They work pretty well for those emergencies but I think any sour hard candy would be good. I also found some seaweed sprinkled rice cakes which are GREAT- they go down easier than saltines for me!
