Do you do the Black Friday sales?
What stores do you hit?
Any hot items you are looking for?
Tell me what is on your kids list!

I LOVE black friday. I normally go out with a friend or my husband and shop the night away. Last year I did not sleep until the day after Thanksgiving at 3:00pm This year is obviously going to be a different story but I am still planning on going out.
I normally hit Toys R Us, Target, Walmart, Kohls and Old Navy.
DS 4.5 is asking for a Lego table and all things star wars. He also thinks those switch and go dinosaurs are neat and has his heart set on a po go stick... which sounds dangerous. DS 2 is getting a tricycle and he loves trains so I am hoping to find a few nice wooden trains he can play with on the train table!

Oh man, there is no way I would go out on Black Friday. I avoid it at all costs. You're a brave woman!

No way! I went last year at 5 am because of a mattress sale (I was re-doing the girls' room for Christmas), but that was it. DH always goes to Best Buy to pick up cheap dvds for stocking stuffers. Otherwise, we drive to the mountains to go pick up our Christmas tree on Black Friday.

I use to go early like 6 AM stay awake and just go early but havent for a few years now especially since Drake was born. My DH and I did it once together to snag Wiis for gifts. I would probably just hit all the kids clothes stores as well as maybe one or two for myself.

I've only gone SUPER early like once, and it was the year I had Connor! He was only about 6m at the time and just happened to be wide awake at 5am, so we went shopping! LOL I had never done it before then...last year we went early, but not that early!

Do you do the Black Friday sales? LOVE IT! Because all of the stores opened earlier last year, we got in line at old navy at like 7:00 PM on Thanksgiving night and stopped at about 5:00 am
What stores do you hit? Toys R Us, target, kohl's meijer, walmart, the mall
Any hot items you are looking for? not really. usually find stuff for the kiddo's
Tell me what is on your kids list! Bryson (8) is EXPENSIVE this year. He wants pretty much anything electronic or wii games. Cason (3) is so easy, avengers, cars, I have alot of ideas. Hudson (22m) is really into trains too, so wooden trains for the track for him

I once went out for a Black Friday sale with a friend. We hit Michaels and Kohls. I wasn't too impressed with the adventure. Maybe if i really needed something that was on a 75% discount I would have been. But I ended up just getting a hanging wall candelabra (if that's what it's called).

Since we live in Japan now there isn't any Black Friday. And I don't even miss it. It seems silly that Americans will trample each other over sales the day after they celebrate giving thanks for what they have.

I've done Black Friday a few times, usually only the local WalMart because it is the only thing less than 2 hours away. But I've decided I'm way too nice for it! I refuse to run people over with my cart to get to something. I say sorry if I bump into someone. I say excuse me. And people look at me like I'm nuts! So the last couple of years I've just waited until later in the day when the rush has moved on ... I've almost always managed to find good deals still without getting crushed between carts.

I have gotten up early and went a few times. I always regret it. I only think I would do it if I have something specific I wanted to buy. Other than that, I can't stand long lines and crowds!

I love Black Friday!!! I have done it for several years now with family and my best girlfriend. Two years ago I sat at Wal-Mart for over 8 hours waiting for these TV's that were on sale for $100 for my girls rooms. It was great because during that time before the electronics were on sale we all shopped the rest of the store for the midnight deals. It was so worth it because I saved over $500 in all the stuff I got.

What I don't like now is the stores opening at night on Thanksgiving or midnight. It means you have to cut your holiday short to go wait so this year because of that and being pregnant and so pukey in the mornings, I am not going.

But if I were I would be hitting up Toys R Us, Kohls, Wal-Mart and Old Navy!!

It has always been pleasant and never anybody getting crazy out of control or trampling each other at the area I live in.

Good luck to all who go out!
