So, this is one of my all time favorite fill me up snack!

5.3 oz Greek Yogurt (I use Dannon Oikos, it's my favorite)
1 T. natural peanut butter
1/2 banana (I use a spoon and chop it up in the yogurt)

It is SOOOOOOO good, and good for you too! Make it a dessert and add a little Nutella. OMG, so so good. Anyone have any others?

That sounds delicious, but I'm off peanut butter at the moment. My very first bought of pregnancy sickness came right after eating PB and I haven't been able to stomach it since!

I've been using greek yogurt, blended up with frozen fruit and a little milk. Delicious! And so good for you! The beauty of Greek yogurt is that even the fat free kind is thick and rich, and much higher in protein than regular yogurt.

I am addicted to Chobani pineapple greek yogurt with raw almonds mixed it! YUM!!! I have one every morning!

I eat cottage cheese all the time. I have always eaten it for breakfast (for three years) along with an English muffin. But at this point I have been actually snacking on it throughout the day...craving it!

Another great snack I love is cantaloupe, watermelon, apples, etc. Anything fruit I have loved thus far. Can't get enough cantaloupe!

Another snack that has gotten me through nauseau and is only 145 calories: I buy the deli round bagel breads. They are by Nature's valley or something similar to that. 110 calories. Then I add the laughing cow light skim cheese. Toast the bagel round and add the cheese. Tastes just like a bagel/cream cheese but with less than half the calories. Much lighter but satisfying!

Add milk + spinach and blend it! lol.
I make my green smoothies that way (less yogurt, full banana). Yum.

Those all are great snacks! I love to eat, and it's not just a pregnancy thing!

@Laurenlashgould, I was craving bagels and cream cheese, but didn't want to eat them because of all the calories. I'm definitely gonna be trying your suggestion!

I love greek yogurt!! my favorite with some granola yummy!!

I've been into apples with peanut butter lately. I also love Greek Yogurt (Danon Oikos Key Lime is my favorite). Unfortunately I've been craving more junk food than healthy food.
