I get cramping off and on. I had it for the first week or two after I got a BFP, but then it pretty much stopped. I get pinching and cramping sensations from time to time now, especially when I seem to over-do it at work (I work in an assisted living facility as a nurse so sometimes I have to lift, push, pull, etc). It's a really uncomfortable feeling, and it still scares me! But everything I've read says there's plenty of stretching going on, so I try not to worry.

I was just outside raking leaves and winterizing my flower gardens. I am definitely paying for it now. Between the cramping and low back pain, I think it'll be feet up for the rest of the day.

Yeah with my first I always went through "growth spurts" where there is a lot of pulling, stretching, aching, discomfort and then suddenly it pops out a little more and you feel better for awhile you can also get pains from overdoing it. Mine is so far sort of indistinguishable from morning sickness. I just feel bad in my belly. It is not real cramps though just little moving aches and stretchy feelings.

I still get cramping at night most nights and it drives me insane because it makes me worry every time I feel it.
