Well, all our girls have 3 names plus our last name, so with 6 girls, we have exhausted our girl names. We have one daughter that was baby girl for 4 days after she was born.

We actually didn't have a problem with names. We have a boy name (Arthur Phineas) and a girl name (Josephine Louise). It was a lot easier than I thought it would be. I really thought we would be one of those couples trying to come up with a name after delivery.

We're probably settled on a potential boy's name, but haven't even talked about girl's names yet. Friends of ours who had a baby didn't name him for three weeks because they just couldn't decide. It's such a big responsibility and great honor to give a name, it's worth taking time to think about.

I have no idea either way. Last time I was DEAD SET on using the name Amelia if it was a girl, now Im not feeling it. Before that I wanted Kaitlyn for a girl (we named her Ruth when she was born at 21 weeks) and I saved it hoping for another.

One name that feels right one pregnancy feels so wrong on another pregnancy. Right now none of my previous names sound right except Eloise for a girl. We might use Landon for a boy but haven't really talked about it much yet. It hasn't sunk in Im pregnant yet.

But I love my sons name because its different but I don't think its weird either.

We have 2 boys names 1st & middle picked out and agree on them but as far as girls name not so much. We both have names we like but they do not match...not even close! We do have 1 middle name bc we do family names. He likes more common names blah blah blah & I like 'old lady' names if you ask DH lol! The horrible part is that we need 2 of each bc we do not find out the sex. I think I am going to pull the I have carried 2 babies for 9 months & take charge..I have a plot. Im sure we won't make a decision until delivery time.

We are not talking about names until we know the gender. That doesn't mean that I haven't been thinking about it.

I totally agree! For me, a name is everything I want to give my child in his or her whole life. It should say something about who they are and who they will be in the future. It is a huge responsibility to be able to come up with all my hopes and dreams combined into one word. No pressure

We talked about names a lot during the actual IVF process in both cycles. It was mostly something positive to focus on. After this cycle actually working we haven't talked about it much only here and there. We have middle names for both boys and girls and a few choices for first names for girls but we have a really hard time with boy names and have only agreed on one even the slightest bit. So I hope its not two boys or one might be nameless.

We are in trouble either way. lol. We inadvertantly started a trend with our three boys and it would look really trange if we didnt follow it. We have Bryson, Cason, and Hudson, so all two syllables ending in "son". We have some girls names that we love but not following the "rule" so it will definately be interesting.
