For me, my nausea kicks in AFTER I eat, and I've found chewing a piece of peppermint gum after eating really helps. With that said, I am SOOOO sick of peppermint gum!!! When this nausea subsides, I will NEVER chew another piece of peppermint gum again! LOL.

What helps you?

Sometimes nothing it's like if I'm going to throw up, there is absolutely nothing I can do to try to stop it. I'm sooooo ready for this to be over!

Im the opposite as I get more and more nauseous the more time has passed when i dont eat. If its been too long I start to dry heave even so to keep it at bay I try to eat eat eat. Its hard sometimes with work but I pay the price if I wait too long.

I get nauseous if I don't eat and sometimes after I eat too I just can't win so the only thing that saves me is 'bubble water' I prefer the brand LaCroix either lime or cran raspberry.

@Crawmommy, twins is a totally different breed of morning sickness!! I remember being starving, eating, throwing up, then being starving all over again!!! Throwing up became a part of my daily routine. I specifically remember one time eating breakfast, then taking my son bowling...going into the bathroom and throwing up...when I came out, my husband had ordered a plate of fries, and I was STARVING, and I ate the WHOLE plate!!! LOL. Oh so not fun!!! I feel for you!

Ensure shakes help me the most. When I'm hungry (and nauseous because I'm hungry) but know I won't be able to keep anything down I drink a shake. It coats my stomach and I can usually eat something gentle in about 15 minutes.

I get nauseated if I'm too hungry but then I also get it after I eat. I can't win. Eating something sour or tangy helps. Also carbs taste so good, but then I feel especially awful afterwards. For a few days, sparkling water was helping but then it started tasting gross. The last few days I've been eating oranges. I can tolerate those without feeling sick afterwards.

Fruit helps me. Especially sour fruit, like grapefruit.
