It's normal. When pregnant your blood volume increases. Right now it's 10% above the normal.

Thanks for that reminder! I had forgotten, and thought I was getting ridiculously out of shape! Since I can't run anymore I thought for sure all of my fitness was out the window!!!

I actually had to take a break bringing the laundry up from the basement to the second floor where our room is. 2 flights of stairs while carrying a heavy basket is apparently too much for this tired mama!

Goodness...I can't hardly walk up a flight of stairs without carrying anything without getting out of breath! I'm so relieved I'm not alone (not that I wish shortness of breath on anyone).

Hahahaha I had this EXACT problem this morning. By the time I got upstairs I had to sit on the bed for a couple minutes to catch my breath.

Glad I'm not alone, I think to myself all the time about that.
