Second night of miserable sleeping. I'll admit, prior to my BFP there was a weight loss agenda. I'm about 30lbs overweight pre-pregnancy. Now, at only 10 wks I'm feeling the aches and stings of back pains

Any good remedies or exercises?

Warm bath. And take a daily walk I also have back problems and am overweight and lost 30 pounds prebaby(more to loose definately lol) But exercising like walking is safe during pregnancy but helps strengthen back muscles. Hope it helps! Oh and tiger balm is a lifesaver if the pains bad.

I never know now if my back pain is baby related or just normal back pain like I had before. Given the work I do, my back pretty much always hurts and my sciatic nerve recently flared up. I find that doing easy stretches off and on during the day can really help, and as MamaSkunk said, taking a daily walk can help too. Hope it eases up!

Ugh... No fun I haven't had any, thankfully, but I am bracing myself for it, as I had real bad back pain in my previous pregnancies.

Yes. I've had issues with back pain even before being pregnant. It's especially bad today.
