I know its early but I've been researching double strollers. We have a chicco car seat and it's not compatible with very many double strollers. I know there is a chicco double but I don't want to spend that much money and I honestly don't think it would be worth it since DS will be 3 and probably won't be riding in it much anyway. I have been looking at the Joovy caboose and I think this is the one we are going to go with. Anybody know what other double strollers work with chicco car seats? Anybody have a Joovy caboose stroller, do you like it?

I have a baby trend sit-n-stand. The back can be converted to a seat, or a seat where a toddler can also stand on the back. The front can be changed so a car seat fits on it. I've used 2 different kinds and they both fit. It belts on like a seat belt. I've used it with 3 kids now and still love it. I'm going to have to convert the back seat into a seat again, which takes time, but better than buying another stroller.

I don't have any advice because my daughter will be 5 and she would walk anywhere we go. For the baby, I am going to wear him/her everywhere and then we have a smaller Chicco to use as well. I had a big stroller when DD was little but hardly ever used it.
I have a joovy 360 (not caboose) and I like it a lot! The only complaint I have is that the strap buckles are kind of cheap and my daughter broke one. But besides the buckle it is a great well built stroller I did a lot of research before I purchased 2 years ago.
With my older 2, I had 3 different double strollers, one of which I was SOOO excited about because I could switch the seats around so they could face each other or face away from each oher. Then I had one that went with the car seat I had for the baby. My third was a cheapo hand me down umbrella side by side stroller, that was tacky and ugly.
Guess which one I used? The hand me down. The other two were just so unbelievably bulky and cumbersome, I hated them!
I LOVED my umbrella stroller. I could fold it up easily, the kids were comfortable, and I could get through crowds! I passed it to a friend after, who laughed at it when I first gave it to her...
and called me a couple months later and thanked me

The city mini single we has is by far the best stroller we have ever purchased. I love the one handed fold and it folds so small. We are getting a double more for our daughter and youngest son than the new baby.
