Okay, tomorrow I have to call my insurance company and get them to explain to me AGAIN what exactly they cover and don't cover with my maternity waver, because I still haven't gotten anything in the mail (like they said I should) explaining, and I've gotten my first bill from my first appointment, and it's WAY higher than I anticipated. So in addition to calling insurance, I have to call the financial adviser at the clinic so I can set up an appointment to tell them I can't pay what they want me to, can I pay less. *sigh* Sorry for the rant, but I'm so stressed out about the money situation. I don't work full time, I work sporadically, and DH is a 2nd year teacher, and we spend most of our monthly income on rent, because cost of living here is OUTRAGEOUS unless you want to live somewhere you can get shot.

The good news is, we just found out over the holiday that my BIL and SIL are going to send us their crib so we don't have to worry about being able to afford something for the baby to sleep in. So that has been a HUGE weight lifted off of my shoulders.

I'm just hoping this all lightens up after I talk to the financial adviser tomorrow and we can work out a payment plan so DH and I can still eat.

Again, sorry for the rant. It's just been weighing on my mind a lot, and I can't stop thinking/crying about it, and I can't sleep because of it.

Insurance issues are a super big pain. I feel you. I hope you get a better understanding and get a plan you can afford.
