How are they feeling about the baby now? Getting excited, nervous? A little of both?

My DH is a little of both. I think the stress at work isn't really helping, adding the fact that he's applying to NEW jobs to get us out of this area and back home (which would mean a cross country move almost immediately after the baby is born), DH has said he's going to be stress level omega (whatever that means) until after the baby is born. He is excited though, and he loves calling his mom and talking about how excited he is, so I should feel happy about that. I just feel bad about his stress level.

My DH was terrified. He asked to sit down during the ultrasound cause he was nervous he was gonna pass out. But he is a woodworker, so I have asked him to build me things, which he loves to do. I already have a barn door-esque babygate he built over a weekend and he is actually going to build the crib.

Once he got involved in his own way, he became a lot of happier.

I have a weak immune system due to not having a spleen, so pregnancies are very hard on me and alot of work for him.

He's excited, but I think a little nervous. He won't admit he's nervous though. Super stressed unfortunately.. He can't wait for our appointment this week though.

He is excited at least when he has any time to think about it! Compared to my last pregnancy I feel like I barely acknowledge this one except to feel sick and tired, and DH is the same way. DD is a lot of work right now! I am sure it will be different once we get her all weaned and her canines are done coming in and also when I start to show and we learn the sex.

My DH is so excited. This is his first biological child. I was watching a Baby Story this morning before work and this family had two little girls and were having their third. I thought it was so sweet when the dad said after the baby was born that the two oldest girls weren't his by biology, but were his by love. I instantly thought of my husband and how he feels just the same about my girls.

He got so excited and his face lit up on Saturday when we had our scare at the ER. It has been so cute to watch him light up about all of this.

DH is so meh, which isn't to say he isn't excited. He's just not an easily excitable guy. It irritates me to no end some days, but not nearly as often as it used to. He actually talked ME into TTC, so I know he's happy, I just wish he'd SHOW it once in a while.

This is exactly my DH! He went on and on about wanting another baby when it came to TTC, but now that I'm pregnant, it's just any normal day.

I think this pregnancy has my DH stressing more than the other two :/ But that is to be expected with the circumstance. We just can't wait until May-June to meet the baby. That is when he really gets into I could not ask for a better partner in raising my kids. The baby comes out and bang he does anything needed!!

DH is very excited he was more excited than me and was like a little girl and wanted to tell everyone right after the ultrasound. He doesn't usually get excited about too much but babies get him all hyped.

This is mine too. He actually talked me into NTNP knowing that something could happen before our tentative wedding date. Well now that I'm pregnant and I want to postpone the wedding until after baby arrives, he tells me he just wishes we would be married first. I know he is happy but he hardly ever shows it...only at the u/s did I actually see him get all giddy.

Yeah, mine is still trying to wrap his mind about being pregnant, and his world is so crowded with other things- a very demanding project at work, a brutal reheasal schedule for a show he is in, and on top of that- now issues with his mom and his ex. But, given where he was a month ago, he is much much more supportive, but we have a long ways to go before excited will ever be in the mix!
