Are the safe?
I've been having some dul l cramping today after struggling to use the bathroom this morning. Ithink it's a gas/constipation combo. Ugh.

I have been having a terrible terrible time. I feel like with the nausea I'm not wasting very much but everything I keep down definitely turns into a problem

I think that Metamucil is safe to use (but of course check with your doc!). I would also suggest drinking LOTS of fluids, and eating lots of fiber. I do little things like put ground flax meal on my yogurt for added fiber. Ounce for ounce, flax has one of the highest fiber contents you can find. And as an added bonus, it's high in omega-3s. Plus it's tasty and nutty! Fruits, whole grains, etc help.

Hope you feel better.

I would also suggest prune juice. It doesnt taste all that bad and works well.

I was told Colace and Miralax are safe. Also raisin bran, Fibre One bars, etc. really help.
