Best thing for a cold...Honey-Lemon Tea. Technically not tea, but very good to drink when you don't feel well.

INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp honey
1/2 cup or more of hot water
METHOD
Put honey and lemon juice into a tea cup or mug. Add hot water and stir. Add more lemon juice, honey, or hot water to taste.

I use green tea and make hot n then add lemon n honey...the honey soothes the throat and the lemon helps with the excess phlegm (singers also use this to help their throats)
