I'm in such a cooking slump, and we have very little in the house right now (going grocery shopping tomorrow!). I have no idea what to make for dinner. I have frozen meatballs, potatoes, pasta and sauce (but we just had spaghetti two days ago), mixed veggies, frozen stirfry veggies, rice, eggs, and sausage links. AND NOTHING SOUNDS GOOD!

So what are YOU having? Inspire me to cook

Oh im in the same boat as you....not much in the house right now and nothing sounds good. If I were you Id make a stirfry (if ya have any chicken..pork or beef) or stirfried rice veggie style using the eggs and veggies.

I considered the veggie fried rice, but my kids won't eat rice. And I used the last of my chicken last night making sweet and sour chicken, so it would be JUST veggie stirfry. Which is fine with me, but Dh doesn't think that's a whole meal =\

I'm starting to think I'm not the true problem here, lol!

You should make "breakfast for dinner". I am having salad since all I have been craving is italian dressing. The kids are having mac and cheese

We're having waffles for supper, because I wanted to go out to brunch and get waffles this morning, but DH said we should really save our money, so I'm making waffles, and putting chocolate chips on them. I know, totally not healthy, but meh

My 13yo boy is really good at making spaghetti so we're going to have that and salad and probably some steamed broccoli. But, honestly, I would give anything to go to a Mexican restaurant right now. Sometimes it stinks living in the middle of nowhere... there isn't a Mexican place anywhere close to us except Taco Bell, and that's 40 miles one way.

Well, I ended up on meatballs, veggies, and garlic bread because I started breakfast for dinner before I realized that wouldn't travel too well with DH to work tonight (total pregnancy brain moment).

^We are in the middle of nowhere, and I completely understand. I've been on a spicy/Mexican food kick lately, but I have to make it all myself because there is NOTHING nearby. Subway, McDonalds, Pizza Hut are about our only option for eating out.

I went out to Mexican last night. I have been craving it too. The place I went I had never been before, they made such good salsas and dips for the tortilla chips.

Tonight I am making turkey tacos, wow I must be into mexican!

Ordering Chinese delivery today. Weekends are my days off from cooking for me and DH. I just made quesadillas for the kids and they had those with some avocado and fruit and we called it good.
