Fortunately I live in Seattle and random people almost NEVER talk to each other on the street. I did have a few old people ask questions about the pregnancy last time, but nobody ever tried to touch me. When I was a week overdue and checking out at the grocery store, the cashier asked me if I was on my way to the hospital, lol. I was super cranky and uppity and that really pissed me off. And one time when DD was really little we were at an outdoor shopping center and it was raining. We were in a sheltered area and DD spit up all over her coat, so we had unbuttoned it for a minute to wipe it up. An old lady came up and tore into me for not having a hat on her. Her coat had a snuggly hood and it was literally off for one minute while we were cleaning up puke. I wanted to light the lady on fire.
For the most part, though, people keep to themselves around here.

The belly touching makes me want to scream... LOUD and you know where I have the most problems with belly touchers in my last two pregnancies CHURCH. People are all like "hey I love Jesus you love Jesus let me touch your pregnant belly" AHHH
This time I plan on slapping hands people.... LOL
I do not get much pregnancy advice I have always had kind of crazy pregnancies with the uterine abnormality and now this time with the placenta and implantation issue... I guess people are smart enough to realize they are wayyy unqualified to comment.
Parenting advice is a whole different story. Especially cosleeping that has gotten 99% of all our family and friends undies in a bunch. Another thing is baby wearing I wore both my kids I wore my second DS pretty much all the time because I had a toddler to care for it was easiest and safest. I got SOOOO many stares questions about if he could breath.....??? questions about how I tied him up in that thing (a wrap) oh boy!
