I'm finding that when I lay on my back, it hurts in my lower back when I move from the position. Is there a reason for this related to pregnancy? I know you aren't supposed to lay on your back, but isn't that much later??
Delight yourself in the LORD, and He will give you the desires of your heart. Psalm 37:4
I actually have this too! It is called "posterior pelvic or lumbar back pain". And it is very common later in the pregnancy.. but it sounds like you and I are some of the lucky ones that get it much earlier lol.
It is normal and just dang uncomfortable! Sorry you are going through it too. I sit on a heating pad on low at night and it helps a little.

An icepack works better....heating pads are only temporary relief. My back doc always said to use ice packs cuz the muscles will actually tighten up right after using the heating pad. Make DH/SO give ya a good back massage
