Last night I was sitting on the couch and I felt a quiver in my lower abdomen on the right side. Has anyone had this happen? Anyone have thoughts on what it could have been?

Could it have been the baby trying to say, Hey?

How far along are you?
Might it have been the baby moving?

I am 11 weeks and 6 days... I really didn't think I could feel the baby so early.

Maybe just your uterus stretching, or something?

Yes! I absolutely Fe.t this before several times. It's a very weird feeling but you described it perfectly! It's nothing to worry about! It's your body making adjustments and stretches .

I've had weird muscle twitches in my lower pelvic area before, when I wasn't pregnant. And had I been pregnant I would have thought it was the baby, it felt just like when baby starts moving!
