My husband is such a jacka$$ sometimes. He thinks he's knows so much about pregnancy and being healthy and keeps complaining at me about how much I've been eating lately. He's so "worried" about the weight I'm gaining or going to gain. Some days he won't let up, and those days I can't stand to be around him and makes me want to go eat an entire cake lol, ugh!!!
That's my vent for the day, he sure knows how to start a weekend off right! Hope everyone else's husbands are more supportive and caring than mine's being right now!!
I've actually requested of my DH from the beginning that if he notices that I'm going over board with eating and weight gain to please point it out to me. I gained a lot of weight with my first and second and losing it wasn't easy. I'd also like to try to avoid preeclampsia this time around. I think he's probably just concerned for your health, but he may not be going about it the right way. Point it out to him that it's none of his business the weight you do or don't gain and hopefully he'll get the hint!

I'd be ticked if my DH said that to me. He needs to find a better way to express his concerns, like maybe making you dinner
My DH is more concerned about me not eating enough and tries to overfeed me (ask me how much X I want and then give me more than I asked for). But really, time for a sensitivity training seminar for your DH!!
