That I start making healthier snack choices. I'm only 15 weeks and have gained 12 pounds already. I am average height and weight so I only want to gain 30 AT THE MOST. It's just that I look at the apples then see there's potato chips instead and you can guess which one I always pick lol. But I'm horrible at grocery shopping. Any healthy tips????

I don't have any tips, just wanted to hop on the boat, since I'm in the same state as you. I do NOT want to gain an excessive amount, and I've been making REALLY bad food choices! Starting tomorrow I'm done! I'm even going to the farmers market, mark my words.

If there's no junk in the house, you HAVE to make the healthier choice! I generally keep junk food out of the house and buy lots of healthy snacks that are easy to deal with. We usually have apples, bananas, grapes, yogurt, baby carrots, mini peppers, hummus, and cheese always on hand. When we do get "junk" food, I try to get the healthier versions of it...Pirate's Booty, Pop Chips, pretzels...and just get small bags so when it's gone, it's gone.

Lots of fruit and veggies, yogurt, ect. And I agree, you can't eat the junk if it isn't in the house. I just need to convince my DH of that.
