Today went great. I'm gaining weight like crazy but Dr said everything normal. Funny story...we had the lastest appointment so the nurse came in with the heartbeat doppler and she is moving it all around having a REALLY hard time finding the heartbeat..she kept saying "I hear it but its just not picking up" So she says "Oh there it is nice and strong at 160" So I said what about the other one...and she goes "Oh I didn't realize there was two..that's why this isn't working...you need a sono." It was soo funny because I knew the last time the dr said we would rarely ever use the doppler because they overlap. but I wasn't about to stop her because we don't really get to hear it on the sono.
So anyway sono looked great. Baby A is 12w1d but he/she tucked their head down really low into belly so I think it make them seem smaller. Baby B is 12w5d and this one stretched out as far as he/she could. The don't really roll much I guess they don't have much room but they were moving a lot so that's good. My belly is measuring between 22 and 24 weeks for a singleton pregnancy so I'm already feeling huge.
so far everything is still going good. We see the high risk doctor next month and will have a more in depth sono. I'm looking forward to that.
So exciting! I have 5 year old twin girls....a lot of work, but a ton of fun! Also, I think you and I are due on the same day! Can't wait to follow along and see how you're doing. I, too, would love to see a belly pic!
