So, I've gotten used to the sharp RLP, but the last few days I've been having dull, achy cramps. They feel very similar to what I get with my period. They're not super painful, just uncomfortable. I'm sure it's nothing, but because it's something new I worry of course.

Any ideas. Or is it just more RLP that feels different?

I agree. Hydrate and take it easy! Make sure you are getting 64 oz of water

I feel like an idiot. I knew that in the beginning but hadn't had these cramps for a while. I didn't even think about it being from being dehydrated, but of course that's it. Jeez. I try, but when I'm working it's really hard to even get 30oz of water in a day, let alone twice that so I'm sure that's all it is. Gotta love this pregnancy brain. Jeez. Haha.

I read it feels different for every woman. Mine have sometimes felt like menstrual cramps as well as sharp pains. But I agree with all the ladies and hydrate!

and its probably just your uterus growing. Mine starts to get achey when I'm on my feet too long.
