Isn't it to early for Braxton Hicks contractions??? I had them a little before Christmas when I was super sick with a chest cold, I'd get into a huge coughing fit and then I'd feel a BH contraction for a couple seconds. My OB said it was ok, that given my uterine issues, it was fine. But now I feel them a lot more, at least 2 or 3 episodes every day. Everything tightens, but no pain or cramping. Just super tight and my tummy gets hard.

Anyone else???

I have been having these as well. I actually had 3 very painful contractions on New Years Day but luckily nothing since. I went online and found alot of women saying they had BH at 15 weeks and their docs said it was pretty normal as long as they weren't painful and you didn't have like 6 or 10 in an hour after laying down on your left side.

Good luck!

BH can also be brought on by dehydration, so make sure you are drinking enough that your urine is very light yellow.

I have had some already. I always have lots of uterine irritability while pregnant though, so it is kinda the norm for me. Mine aren't painful either.. and I am not really worried about it until they are.

Yup! I only notice them in the morning when I move too quickly, likely because I get dehydrated overnight. My uterus tightens when I roll over or get out of bed. I had them pretty bad with DD but they never hurt.

Yep. I've had them in the middle of the night. I was getting them nightly a couple of weeks ago, but not much anymore.

I've read that BH actually start at 6 weeks but we just can't feel them. Right around now is when we start to notice them, I've been having them and I drink water all day long at work. It happens every other day and seems like bending forward starts them like when I was sitting on the floor to wrap Christmas gifts they would start.
