My hospital is super cool and emails me the results of my bloodwork the same time they give it to the doctor, so i can see the numbers before I talk to my doc.

I am having a hard time understand these results....any of you guys have a clue?

That is crazy that they send you the results like that with no interpretation! I think most of it looks fine but I would be a bit concerned by the MSS down syndrome risk number, it is slightly higher than your age risk for DS. The other stuff looks like no problem. But obviously I am not a doctor and usually for such things there is a sheet with variable definitions and more info on it but you haven't seen that so I could be totally wrong!!

I have never seen that. With DD, the dr told me my quad screen was fine and I took his word for it.

INTERPRETATION REPORT ()
NTD RISK ASSESSMENT <1:5000 () Less than 1 in 5000 chance
AGE RISK DOWN'S SYNDROME 1:813 () 1 in 813 chance
MSS DOWN SYNDROME RISK 1:277 () 1 in 277 chance
MSS TRISOMY 18 RISK <1:5000 () Less than 1 in 5000
AFP CONCENTRATION,MATERNAL SER 14.6 () ng/mL.
AFP MoM,MATERNAL SER 0.60 () MoM
ESTRIOL,UNCONJUGATED 0.44 () ng/mL. These estriol levels are your estrogen levels and if extremely low can be what indicate an abnormailty. I have no idea what is considered low though??
ESTRIOL MULTIPLE OF MEDIAN 1.02 () MoM
HCG, M.O.M. 1.57 () MoM
INHIBIN 220.0 () pg/mL
INHIBIN MoM 1.56

I actually think the top is literally your interpretation of the levels below. The chances or what have you.

However I could be completely wrong and this is just a guess!

A woman who is 35 has a 1 in 320 chance of conceiving a child with Down syndrome so your level seems pretty close to the avg. and I'm not sure how old you are... But I think your results seem ok!

Again just guessing!
