So I've been feeling movement for the past 2 weeks but I haven't felt any in 2 days, I'm kinda getting scared. Wanted to ask if this has happened to you? Is it normal to go a couple days without feeling any after you felt some? I'm 18 weeks so I'm hoping its still too early and I'm just not feeling as much. Last time i was pregannt was over 5 years ago so i cant remember too much.I think I'll have some skittles to see if that gets baby moving. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Its still early to feel is constant. Do you know where your placenta is located?

I have no idea, I just ate some candy in hopes to get baby moving a lot. Lets hope it helps. But I was already feeling some good little kicks not just flutters.

I have a high anterior placenta so depending on position of baby I don't necessarily feel movement everyday or at least not very often during the day (even though some days it feels like it's all day long). I didn't feel DD move consistently till probably 22 maybe 24 weeks? something like that

I've heard it's totally normal for it to be sporadic at this point and not to feel movement regularly until 24 weeks.

Ok I'm glad I'm not the only one, I've just been hormonal and crying cuz I just want her to be ok... I just ate some candy and I think I just felt a couple of flutters, I guess I just need some reassurance. Thank you ladies for your help and advice.

Try not to worry. I am a week earlier than you and really have felt nothing although I thought I was feeling it at 14 weeks. With my other two, I was about 22 weeks til I really felt something daily. And they are perfectly healthy.

They still have plenty of room to get into a position where they can kick and punch and not hit something, so it is totally normal to not feel movement some days. Baby could just be in an odd position.

If you are moving around a lot, you may not feel it. It is most consistant for me if I am sitting still for a while.

I have to really sit still and concentrate to feel anything. I don't remember when the consistency started with my other two pregnancies

I've been worried at times too. That's why I get so excitedly nervous for my u/s and dr. Appts.

My doctor told me this is 100% normal this early on. I can only feel movement when I'm lying down, and even then it's hit or miss.

It's totally normal at this stage. Zayne's are getting more definitive but I still go a day or so here without feeling movement... and I'm 19 weeks but have been feeling movement since 11 wks.

I suddenly feel the same way. I was feeling pretty strong movement every day/night and I loved it. Yesterday I hardly felt anything at all and I was very disappointed and started to worry. I think I could feel very faint movement deep inside so I think maybe he/she change position or turned around and so now I can't feel it. I am hoping that anyway!
