I've been watching SO MUCH Downton Abbey the past couple of weeks that everything I read lately sounds English! Everyone's posts are now written with an English accent! ha ha I watched both seasons one and two in about a week and a half. I just watched the season 3 premier, only one more episode to go until I'm actually caught up!! LOL SO ADDICTING!!!
Downton Abbey is one British show I haven't watched yet, but I was just like you this summer after I finished watching 6 seasons of Doctor Who, followed by Sherlock, followed by The IT Crowd, followed by Skins...LOL Everything was read in an English accent after that, for a LONG time haha.
Love Downton Abbey!!! Also found another British show I like called Lost in Austen where a modern British woman time travels and switches places with Elizabeth Bennett from Pride & Prejudice. It's fun!
May have to check that out! I really like British shows as well. We watched Monty Python "Meaning of life" last night LOL and I just finished watched the series of "Fawlty towers" for the millionth time. I can't get enough John Cleese!
