So today I got an omega 3 fish oil supplement with DHA and took it. And I have been burping up fishy taste for about 3 hours. I am going to barf. Is there any other way to get omega 3 because this is not going to work for me.
And my son's middle name is totally spelled wrong on my siggy and our computer is down so, pardon the misspelling.
I just recently bought a new over the counter prenatal vitamin called Brainstrong. I got it at my local grocery store and it is made of plant DHA, not from fish. I love it, no fish taste at all. It comes in a box. This is the first prenatal that I have stuck with this pregnancy.
They make ones with lemon flavor added. I recommend taking them before/with a meal too. Fish burps are yucky. I took fish oil with my first baby but stopped when I moved near the ocean, I eat a good amount of seafood so I don't supplement.
