Helping at my oldest's class party. I haven't looked, but my luck would be DH works that night so we probably won't do anything big.

No, we usually order in Thai food or something.

The day before that it's "Fancy Day" at the school I teach at. I have no idea what I could possibly wear and I would rather it be pajama day!

DD and I usually spend the afternoon making Daddy nice valentine's cards, and then I make him a nice dinner and special dessert. Usually he gets me a card, and maybe some flowers.

I have to share the picture of the Valentine's Day card I made for him last year...it's supremely geeky and awesome and I'm really proud of it...lol.

We don't do Valentine's Day. After a few years of disastrous attempts (one year, his car was towed) we just stopped. We treat it like any other day, we don't even exchange cards. We save our money to do something awesome for our Anniversary in March.

We never actually celebrate on the day, which is funny because DH proposed on Valentines. But he used to work at a restaurant and loathes the crowds and bad service. We're going out a few days later for dinner and then to see Les Mis (the show not the movie).

Hubby is quite the romantic. He loves Valentines Day. He booked a room already at a hotel downtown for the weekend. Our favorite thing to do is take a night and stay downtown, walk to dinner and then go for late night slurpees and nachos at 7-Eleven. Its sort of a tradition

I will make homemade cards with DD for daddy, gma's & gpa's. Last year we did homemade valentines for all the kids at daycare...not sure if I will be up to that again. Dh and I don't really do anything, maybe go out to dinner the weekend after, we shall see.

I always tell Kyle I don't need or want anything he gets me something anyways. Usually it's sherries berries chocolate covered strawberries, which are my favorite. One year (the first year he was home from deployment underways) he put roses all over the house. I walked into the kitchen and there was a huge vase full of roses. A few hours later balloons and another vase of roses showed up. I yelled at him haha. He then took me out to dinner where he gave me a pearl necklace. Our daughter was conceived that night haha. He said that even though it really didnt matter it being valentines day he was making up for all he days he missed loving on me.

we will be spending it at home because nobody is crazy enough to babysit our kids. We will watch a movie when the kids are in bed.

Blah DH is the most unromantic person I know....and quite frankly I am as well. It's also the week after my birthday so we generally don't do anything. I might tell him that he should bring home dinner that night so I don't have to cook
