Have you seen any good movies lately?
What is your favorite movie about pregnancy? Parenting?

We have seen pretty much every 3 hour movie in theaters right now (except the one I REALLY want to see, Lincoln). The Hobbit was AMAZING (been listening to the soundtrack so much, I'm pretty sure Arthur is going to come out singing about going to the Lonely Mountain to get his gold back). Les Miserables was AMAZING. And Django Unchained was AMAZING. I highly recommend all 3.

I don't have a favorite parenting/pregnancy movie. But I do love how "How I Met Your Mother" showed TTC, Pregnancy and now parenting. It's all so real and relatable, and doesn't really sugarcoat anything.

We bought Skyfall, Killing me Softly, Zero Dark Thirty, Django. Or rather DH bought it from some guy at work.....for a dollar each. But the quality was great! Not sure where he got them. We saw This Is 40 in theatres and honestly I was really really disappointed. We also saw Gangster Squad and I thought it was pretty good.

I don't really know any movies about pregnancy but Knocked Up was really cute.

My husband is not really suppose to see zero dark thirty. If he does he is not to say he is in the navy or wear anything affiliated with the navy.

The last movie I watched was pitch perfect and with all the rave reviews from my friends I thought I was going to love it, I thought wrong. I found it so annoying.

I love knocked up, father of the bride 2.

I agree that This is 40 was not as good as I had hoped either. DF and I did watch Ice Age 3 the other night though lol. It was a super cute movie.

I havent seen much lately the last movies I seen were Magic Mike (uhhh yum!) And What to expect when your expecting...which was funny.
Knocked up and Baby Mama are funny also. But I also like Juno...which is about a teen being preg and adoption but very cute nonetheless....I still love the quote from Juno as shes shaking her pee stick like a polaroid and the guy says "whoa there its not an etch a sketch...this is one doodle that cant be undid" hehe

We don't get out very often to see movies, but we managed to see The Hobbit and Les Mis - both fantastic.

There's a documentary on Netflix called "The Business of Being Born". It's really fantastic and I highly recommend it. It's what made up my mind to go with a midwife again for this pregnancy.

Ohhh! I forgot about Juno. I really liked that as well. I just remembered I really really loved Look Who's Talking and Look Who's Talking Too. They were hilarious
