This is a question for us ladies that had a little bit of a belly to begin with.
This may sound silly but I had a belly before I was pregnat...now that I am 17 plus weeks My belly above my belly button is hard and def. Pregnant looking but below my belly button is is still flabby and just looks fat, not pregnant like. Its not a huge deal but its nice to think of it as a cute baby bump. Also I don't like to show my belly now because of it. I wonder if you eventually grow into this or if it is always flabby like that??
Sorry for the silly question.
I've always had a bit of a belly pooch, and most of the fat is above my belly button. Mine's definitely still not smooth and round, there's still two rolls, but when I wear over-the-belly pants it smooths out a bit. It took a while with DD but it did eventually get all round and pretty.

It will round out as you grow. My flab wasn't visible after about 25 weeks with DD when I finally started to look pregnant and not just fat. Your uterus gets big that everything stretches and you really don't see flab anymore. Hold on! Not too much longer!
ugh i know what you mean!! definitely have the same thing going on. it depends on what i wear as to whether others can see an actual bump. and i just started taking weekly pics but i literally have to like suck in just to see the bump. with my last pregnancy it really started to fully round out (not just two flabby bumps) around 23 weeks or so. however i'm heavier this time around so it may take a few more weeks.
