EATING! Seriously I don't know whats wrong with me but the past week I eat constantly. I don't have overly large meals but i'm always eating something. My 6lbs of weight gains has turned into 12lbs in 5 months :'( I really promised myself I wouldn't gain as much as last time and i'm really worried now. But it's not like i'm eating when i'm not hungry and generally am making very healthy choices but I think the quantity is way over the top. I just feel hungry all.the.time. Anyone else?
