From what I understand, canned tuna is fine in moderation. You don't want to eat too much, because of the mercury content, but once a week is fine.

Perfectly fine. I craved it with David. With crackers and relish.

That's all I had at the office today too. The tuna lunch with crackers. Once a week is fine!

Chunk light has less mercury that albacore. Both are fine to eat in moderation, but you can have more of the chunk light.

I've heard moderation is best. I've been eating canned chicken with miracle whip and crackers.

I'm usually not a big fan of any kind of fish/seafood, but I will eat tuna occasionally. I've actually craved it several times this pregnancy, which I NEVER do otherwise. Like now it sounds good

Its fine. A little fish is fine. When I was pregnant with Drake I loved this tuna salad at the mall and would go once a week sometimes. I went so often the owner got to know me and we talked since his wife got pregnant during the time I was there so he would ask me questions. Since Im pregnant again I get the cravings sometimes so I go back, not as often as we moved, now and then but the first time I came he was like Are you pregnant again lol So its fine, Drake is fine. I try to limit it to about once a week for fish but a little isnt bad for you and tuna is low in mercury too
