My parents are 4 1/2 hours away and I'm sure my mom would come if I needed her to.

Mine was low at one point this pregnancy but it has completly moved up now (I will be having a c/s either way so I wasn't really concerned lol ) Dont worry I am SURE yours will move up and away from your cervix way before delivery, HOWEVER I would read up on c/s just in case for some reason it doesn't move but there is SO much time left in your pregnancy for it to move. Try not to worry, I know its hard because I too, am a worrier by nature.

How is your DH's boss? My DH's boss when I had DD was awesome. (He was still in the Navy then.) I went into labor on Thurs morning. He let him leave work early and then granted him Friday as a special liberty day so that the weekend didnt count against his 10 days, so he really got 13.5 days. Just a suggestion, regardless of how delivery goes if your DH has the kind of relationship with his boss that would make that a possibility. But good luck with everything. I am sure your placenta will move up and you will have the birth you've wanted!

Recruiting is very different than real navy life I mean I am sure if it came down to it we would work something out.

Ohhh, somehow I missed that he was a recruiter. I've heard that's a tough gig. Well, I'm still betting on your home birth, anyway! Go, placenta, go!
