Anyone else's baby have their nights and days mixed up already? haha
Don't get me wrong I love feeling him kick and punch and summersault.....but seriously every half hour kicking me so hard that it wakes me out of my sleep all night long? This child is already looking to be much like his non-sleeping sister

Yes, and unfortunately, it's common and how they are when they are born! lol I remember reading about it when I was pregnant with Connor....our constant movement throughout the day (walking, talking, etc) usually lulls them to sleep. Whereas, when we are still and sleeping at night, there's no movement to keep them asleep! One of the reasons swings usually work for most babies to lull them to sleep (the sideways swinging especially). Lots of sunlight when they are born will help get their days/nights back on track!

I have found that Brooke is MUCH more active at night and VERY early in the morning LOL! I think she must sleep during the entire day to party all night

Yep. I'm on my feet all day so I guess that's when LO is sleeping. Not until I sit down in the evening or lay in bed do I really feel the strong kicks.

I am starting to notice a very regular pattern. Sleep in in the AM, up around 11ish and off and on through the afternoon and then fairly active until about 10ish. He is sometimes up around 3 or 4 am, too. It is a very similar pattern to B1.

Nope, thank goodness! This baby settles down at night. When I lay down in bed I feel her for a bit like she's finding her cozy spot. I feel her thumping earlier in the AM when I wake up but the strong movement comes later around 930-10...like energy from breakfast kicks in! Lol ;-)

DS was the same way & he never gave me a prob with sleep in or out of utero...still doesn't, crossing fingers this one is the same!

Seems like my little guy is ALWAYS wiggling, day or night! He must just be taking tiny cat-naps because I feel him move constantly. I was having so much fun last night...I was laying in bed, on my back, and I'd press lightly on the top of my uterus and he'd kick back at me! Seems like he's developed a favourite position, because most of the time the kicking is up top, and I can feel his head down and to the right.

Baby girl moves around all throughout the day but does seem to be more active at night. I figure its because during the day Im up and about at work, chasing Drake, driving etc so there is a lot of moment to help lull her to sleep but once I get home and settle down sit on the couch eat, watch TV, surf the web and lay down there is less swinging motion and now she wakes up. I hope this doesnt mean she will be up all night
