All I've wanted to do is drink milk and eat cheese at night. Throughout the day I get my grains, my fruits, and most of my proteins, but recently I can take down a half gallon of milk and like 4 slices of cheese! Not counting the cheese sandwich and half glass of milk I usually have for lunch, and the couple of string cheeses here and there. Is there such a thing as too much dairy? I am worried I'm overloading my baby with calcium.
