Did you know that some of your cravings are because your body is needing something to nourish you or your baby?

I have heard that. I wonder what could possibly be in taco bell chili cheese burritos with extra sour cream that's nutritious though haha

I think a lot of mine are. I think there must be something magical in grapefruit and to a lesser extent in other citrus. I also crave seafood and fish sometimes and figure that is for brain growth. And dairy for calcium. Also I usually go through a time where I hate all veggies but then suddenly I am all about salads and greens. Even when I crave junk food, I figure that is my body needing more calories and trying to build fat stores, so I try to get more carbs and fats. I take my cravings very seriously!

Not sure if you have an Aldi near you but even though they are not in season I have getting super delicious strawberries at Aldi's for cheap like $1.50 a package!

Vitamin-enriched, GMO-laden cereal, I guess. Henry loves him some bioengineered wheat and corn products.

It must be the GMOs. Baby boy needs Wheat Chex and nothing from the health food store is remotely acceptable. I was wondering if it was some childhood regression thing bc I grew up on Wheat Chex... hadn't had it in years though until I got this sudden weird craving and now I buy 4 boxes at a time.
