Has anyone seen awesome and reasonably priced baby girl bedding? I have looked everywhere I can find and have nothing. I went on Carousel and designed something I LOVE... And then when I added it all to the cart and saw how much it was, it was over $500. With moving next month and all of the other furniture we have to buy, I just can't justify spending that much. With DD, I found what I wanted really early on and loved it immediately. Now, I am stuck and stressing about it. Any ideas would be really appreciated!
We are not doing traditional items. I found chamois crib sheet at Pottery Barn Kids. It is sooooo soft and I just love the soft sheet. Here is the link for the changing pad cover. I cannot find the link for the sheet. Changing Pad & Chamois Cover | Pottery Barn Kids
I also got the changing pad to match.
I am then adding these curtains in white. (Love them although it takes over 30 minutes to iron each panel). Tiered Ruffle Sheer | Pottery Barn Kids Got them in white. I then plan on either a white or very light pink ruffle or tulle crib skirt. (Target actually has some, as well as PBK). I will then paint her walls pink and get wooden letters from AC Moore to write her name on the wall and hang with ribbon. I think I will purchase a pink breathable bumper pad. Also looking for special lamp shade (perhaps with silk rose petals on them). It will definitely turn into a land of pink, white, flowers, and ruffles, and tulle. No them - just a gentle room.
Although we have no theme, I hope it still is pretty. In the end it also costs less with items we will keep a long time.
I have looked EVERYWHERE. I have checked Amazon, BRU, all dept stores I can think of, all online baby outlets I can find, everything that showed up on Google, and eBay. I was in total despair this morning over the beautiful set I had designed on Carousel and can't justify buying when my aunt called me and told me that she, my uncle, and my grandpa wanted to buy the bedding for me. I was at her house when I was playing with the app designing yesterday and found out how much it all was. She loves all of the designs I have come up with, so I think part of her wants to see one of them in life on the crib.

Thanks for this tip! I will go on their FB page to get the code and save my generous family some money.
I'm kind of doing what Kim is doing.
We're getting sheets off of Pottery Barn Kids and Buy Buy Baby, getting a breathable bumper. I'll paint walls all one color and get a non-patterned curtain/sheer for the one window.
I'm also going to get this and utilize the shelves for knickknacks Shelf Tree Wall Decal Children Wall Decal Nursery by smileywalls
