Oop - kinda forgot those prenatals for a few days. Good news is that I have had trips to the ladies room.

I don't take prenatals. I take some Floradix occasionally when I feel rundown and I take Tums and/or calcium-magnesium drink powder almost daily. I was taking folic acid after ovulation and for the first month or two but I stopped bothering completely once the first tri ended. I try to eat well I generally don't take multivitamins and I supplement specific things if and when the needs arise.

I take my prenatal, plus an Omega supplement. I take a calcium/magnesium supplement, the theory is that a cal/mag supplement is supposed to help keep pre-e away. Can't hurt! I want natural labor so bad!!

I take a Vitamin D3 supplement. I did it before though because it is pretty much a standard for MS therapy.

I'm taking calcium/magnesium/zinc to see if it helps my blood pressure. I also take D3, living so far north that is really important. Been meaning to order some NORA tea (herbals). Should go do that now...
