I was out running the snow plow tractor at work today. I hit a drain or something and I got tossed forward, my stomach hit the steering wheel. It was about the belly button area. Not i don't have any unusual pain or symptoms. i am sure everything is fine I am just really worried.

I Wouldn't think I need to go to the doctor. Everything seems Ok. I am just really worried. If anything happened I would never forgive myself.

If you are worried I would put a call in to your provider. Are you feeling movement? Baby is pretty protected in there.

It would never hurt to see your dr just in case.

My doctor don't work on Fridays so I wouldn't be able to talk to her. Just a nurse there. I am not feeling movement, wasn't before either.

It might make you feel better to get checked out just in case. I am sure everything is ok if you aren't having an symptoms... but just to be sure. Maybe you could go to the hospital where you will deliver so they just check things out?

Getting checked will give you ease. The doc told me though that the uterus is extremely protective of a child.

Ditto the other ladies. You're most likely fine, but it might ease your mind to get checked. Especially since you were still waiting to feel movement and don't have that to put you at ease.

I called the clinic I go to. The doctor I see is out until Monday. They are never there Fridays. I left a message with the triage Nurse anyways.

I was going to mention in another thread too. I may or may not be feeling my first flutters the last few days but i am really unsure if that is what it is.

The nurse did check back with me and she talked to my doctor as well. They ran through a list of questions and symptoms. They think eveything is fine since I have no symptoms. I just need to make sure I don't get no symptoms.

I get kick in the stomach a lot by my one year old alot of times it really hurts. He sleeps with me when DH gets called into work at night. Baby is really protected but I did go to the doctors the last time and had a ultrasound and everything was perfect. I hope you are feeling better.
