Maybe I have finally made a decision about crib bedding. I will make my final decision when the fabric swatches arrive. But I wanted to share this site.

Baby Bedding - Custom Bedding Polka ToT Designs

They do custom crib bedding, but their prices for a full set are over $150 less than Carousel. They don't have the cool app like Carousel, so you don't know exactly what it will look like until after it comes. That's the down side. But I have called them several times today with questions and they seem really great to work with. I ordered the swatches and than called to add one. Not only are they adding the one I asked for, she put a note on my order to throw in any additional swatches that would coordinate with the ones I already ordered. They're based in AL so it's all made in America, too. The site is kind of low tech, but from the pics, it looks like really high quality products and you get exactly what you want. Just thought I would share!

They have options of thin, thicker, or boxed (which is super thick) bumpers. We would go with the thin. I agree that the bigger ones are too puffy.

They have some cute sets! That's what they are charging for bedding? Dang, I need to quit my job and get to sewing some baby bedding. I think I spent $70 on fabric for bumper, dust ruffle, accent pillow for my rocker, and curtains. That is some killer profit

People like you can make a fortune off of creatively challenged people like myself.

I think I'm going to make my own. I've made a crib sheet and some blankets for dd so it wont be a stretch to make a skirt and bumper.
