My cal/mag supplement calls for a 2 pill serving size 600mg of Calcium and 300mg of Magnesium. More often than not I only take one pill because my prenatals already have cal/mag in them and I can get them from food sources, too. Don't want to over do it!

My CALM plus calcium powder has 210 mg calcium and 320 mg magnesium per 3 tsp serving. I often take at least twice that amount but I don't take it every day.

I'm taking 2,000mg calcium with half the amount of magnesium every night, per midwife's advice to control blood pressure.

I wish! No, I could only find the 333mg tablets, so I have to take six. But I'm hoping when I can get out to do real shopping I'll be able to find a larger dosage and take fewer.

I found cal/mag/zinc at Walmart all one pill. It says take 3 a day. I started with 1 last night. And I'm going to go from there.

I take 1000mg calcium, 400mg magnesium and 15mg zinc. Probably the same that you found at Walmart. It also has 600iu vit D3 but I also take 2000iu vit D because mine was low.
My blood pressure has been great so far and charlie horses have almost completely stopped.

I just picked that one up today, too. Yay, fewer pills to swallow at bedtime means less water to wash them down, and maybe just a bit more sleep before I have to get up to pee!
