I was trying to figure out how much cal/mag/zinc to take so I was checking my prenatal to see the amount it has. Well it does not have any calcium or magnesium and only a tiny % of zinc. I wanted to pass this info on to others who maybe taking this vitamin.

Is this a gummy with DHA? I'm taking the Kroger's version of some gummy prenate. I'm not worried about calcium. I'm tossing back so many Tums it's probably best that my other sources of calcium were limited, lol.

See I'm not a big calcium consumer so I was surprised, I don't know why I never checked before but it's the only prenatal that doesn't make me sick.

It does have DHA

Yea had no idea. I'll finish these off and look for something else. Everything else makes me puke.
