I was working out every day to these different prenatal work out DVDS that I got, and I felt so accomplished But starting last week I was getting this wierd burning type pain a little above my belly button. I realized after a little while that it was associated with certain movements... especially my work out movements So, I stopped using the DVDs for now, and the pain has gone away, but I still get when I do certain things, like fill up a laundry basket (!). So... I am trying to take it easy, at least until I can describe this to my doctor and get his take on it!
In my first tri, I was so exhausted that SO started doing a lot for me because I was so out of breath and sleepy all the time, plus working full time. Once he got into doing everything (he isn't and wasn't working), he just kept doing it. I'm becoming exhausted again, so I've decreased in activity again. We just moved and are staying with my parents while we look for jobs and a place to live, so I'm really resting up now which is nice. Even getting up from the couch or a chair is starting to put some strain on my stomach, plus my legs have been killing me. The extra rest is SO nice!
Same activities although now they all end at 8:00. I get up, get ready for work, get the kids up, drive them to school, work until 5:30 or 6:00, home to eat and help kids with homework. Then it is about time to lay down. Used to keep going until 9-10. Now it is 8.
I've increased activity but I am more tired because of it. I've been running twice a week for the last month trying to work back up to my 4 miles I was doing in the beginning. I'm also working longer hours at work and on my feet more. I am exhausted. I had to tell my boss that I can't do the soda buying for the office because the lifting and carrying it in wears me out.
