I have these little red bumps scattered all over my belly. They are very tiny but they are everywhere. They don't seem like acne, but they aren't much like a rash either. They only itch a little bit sometimes. Anybody else have this? Do you think it would be safe to use desitin on them? I use it on the rash between my boobs and it clears that up. I figure since its for babies it should be fine right?

I had the same thing all over my belly and arms. It looked like tiny tiny red dots. My doctor told me it was eczema (which i've never had before!) but it's been a dry winter. I've been using cetaphil and im sure desitin would be totally fine to use on it. Its gone now but periodically comes back
