I have all my big items from B1. The only things we will need for B2 are clothes (opposite seasons), diapers etc.
I hadn't planned on registering since I am not having a shower, but I am second guessing myself. I work for a different company and some of my co-workers/employees have mentioned buying for the baby or have asked where I am registered. Is it tacky to create a registry or acceptable? I am torn. I also not sure where I should register. Most of what he need is clothes and diapers.
I registered, but I won't talk about it unless people ask. We've got all the big items, too, but in case people WANT ideas, I have them ready. I think it's only tacky if you announce it. But I felt that way about my first registry, too. The only reason I told people about it is because I had a shower.

I know a lot of people create them for their personal use as well. So they have a list of what they want/need. You can create them online even, if you don't want to go into the store.
Yes. I do this on Amazon all the time. Amazon also has a browser plug in that lets you list items sold on external websites, that was how I listed my GMD and etsy stuff with my registry with M. I think having an online registry is a great idea for your own organizing/planning even if no one buys you anything, but it also gives you a place to refer people to if they do want to buy you something!
