We went out last night and purchased all the nursery furniture, stroller, and car seat. I "think" I like the stroller and car seat. I admit - I did not do that much comparison. Looked online for one with a good rating. Decided on a snugride 35 by Graco since it got a 10 in safety, fits well into a car (need to fit 2 other kids in the back of our car SUV), and holds a child up to 35 pounds. Here is what we purchased (and can take back for up to 90 days )

Graco® Snugride® 35 Infant Car Seat - Sable™*-*buybuy BABY

Graco® Urbanlite Stroller - Sable*-*buybuy BABY

Just wondering what everyone else went for.

We have the SnugRide infant carrier (goes up to 22lbs) from Kiefer because it is in perfect condition, hasn't expired, and has never been in a wreck. My kids are usually pretty slow growers so it suits us just fine for the first year.

I had the the stroller that went with the whole travel system but I traded it in at BRU trade in event for a Graco sit n stand so I can have both my little ones in it.

We did the Graco Click Connect 40 so i can do extended rear facing. I have tall kids so i wouldnt be able to without a carseat that height adjusts like the new click connect 40.
I did have a graco snugride with DD and it worked wonderfully.

I think the SnugRide is a good choice. It gets great reviews in both safety and ease of use. I am planning on getting a SnugRide also.
