I never had any BH or other contrax with DD (before I was induced) so I don't know if what I've been feeling could be them. I'm generally uncomfortable all over; my ribs hurt, my back aches, my hips ache, and I feel crampy in my back and uterus. I have had some hardening/tightening in my belly, lasting about a minute or two, but not really painful, just uncomfortable. I'm sure I'm nowhere near properly hydrated, as I spent 3 hours at the hospital this morning waiting on DD in "surgery" and haven't had alot to drink today, especially water. And I'm going on about 5, maybe 6 hours of sleep total. Anyway, I'm working on hydrating but not able to really rest at the moment. Any advice or thoughts for me?

I agree that hydrate is the best option to help those calm down. Definitely sounds like BH. I hope you get some sleep and relief soon too. I have all those same aches and pains.

Hope your daughter is doing well!

There isn't a whole lot you can do but lay down on your left side and drink water.

She was playing at the park with her dad the other day and got a splinter up under her fingernail (I didn't post about it here) and her dad got the tip of it out, but couldn't get the rest and it looked like it was getting infected so I took her to the doctor yesterday and they sent us to a surgeon who decided he didn't want to try to numb her entire thumb in office (something about 4 nerves in the thumb and having to use 4 different shots to numb it all), so he wanted to just put her under to take it out. Nothing major, just a really big headache for me. We were up at 4am today to be at the hospital at 6. (check out that insane run-on sentence I wrote lol)
