Been having braxton hicks about every 30-40 minutes lasting up to 2 min...hoping they're just that and not real ones. I'm at work until 7pmCST so trying to drink lots of fluids and keep calm.

I find that when I get BH drinking a full glass of water tends to stop them pretty quick. Hope they go away for you soon.

They went on about 2 an hr since 10:30am. I stuck it out at work. Dr said the are BH and only to be concerned if 1)bay stops moving 2)the last up to 4 min at a time 3) they are 10-20 min apart 4)they become unbearable . I am nit getting as often now but I have gotten at least 2 since being home from work (4 hrs ago)

Hope your feeling better. If they have any consistency for over an hour i'd go get checked out just to be sure (at least thats what my doctor has always told me to do) Hope they slow down and it doesn't mean anything other than an annoyance!

I was having something similar on Wed. They were pretty steadily 10 mins apart through my whole work day and each lasted a few mins. It was nuts. I was wondering if I should call the dr, but they went away. No pain with them or anything. I had several yesterday, but not as steadily. My muscles are actually sore from it. I've only had a couple today. I hope this doesn't last the next 3 mos.
