This little girl has destroyed my legs! I have spider veins all over them. My upper thighs look like an 80 year old women's. I had a couple on my left leg before getting pregnant, now my entire right thigh has purple spots coving it. I don't think I will ever wear shorts or a bathing suit again. It looks awful!
Girl, I am with you! I've had really bad varicose veins my whole life (thanks, genetics!) and have had them treated the last few years but stopped right before I had my first baby. They didn't get too bad that time, but holy CRAP....this time?? Man, they are BAD. And yeah, lots of spider veins popping up too. Especially around my ankles and back of my knee. I am dreading the summer where I'm gonna have to wear shorts! Even capris can't hide the monstrosity.
i have a few spider veins like right behind my knees. but the worst is the cellulite i got after my son. yikes!!! i've always been overweight but my legs were always muscular so i carried my weight well, after DS they looked like crap and never have looked the same since i'm trying to do squats/lunges/etc to help this time and build back some muscle but that ugly cellulite remains
When I was pregnant with my son I swelled up something awful. Truly. I couldn't even wear my pregnancy pants, I had to wear a skirt. I couldn't wear shoes. I had to wear slippers. The day after I gave birth most of that swelling magically disappeared. But if you looked at the front of my legs, towards the top of my feet you could see a darker coloration about the size of 2-3 quarters round. And they're still there. I have NO idea what that discoloration is, but they had to have been caused by my horrific swelling.
