What does everyone want for Easter? Generally I prefer not to receive gifts. This year though I want a basket with something in it I think I will get all the baskets our of storage today and leave them in DH's closet as a hint. I am think there really should be a box of good assorted dark chocolate candies. I do not intend to share either.

Anyone else going to give DH a hint?

I dont really ask for a gift on Easter. I just always make the kids baskets and I make one for myself and DH. I do always get DH a new stuffed lamb this time of year but thats more not an Easter gift as its an inside thing between DH and I about love ewes(sheep/lambs) and ya can only buy lamb thing around easter.

We just make a basket for dd and one for us. Dh loves gum balls so they are included just a box or 2 and for me I will prolly get jelly bellys. Then the day after easter when everything is on clearance I buy the stores out of gum ball eggs! This year I am going to go minimal on candy bc it just goes to waste instead I got dd a few cute small things from targets $1 section.

I bought of five below for DS and used to make a basket for DH but he just eats out of JD's basket now. LOL I don't get a whole lot of candy because that is all JD will want to eat for every meal until it's all gone.

As for me - my parents still make a basket for DH and I. LOL Usually with a bunch of candy and a couple gift cards. Hell just for perspective up until my senior year of high school my dad still signed letters from the easter bunny for our basket. I can't take it away from them. I bet if I lost a tooth somehow my mom would try to sneak in and leave a dollar. haha

I never knew adults did gifts for each other at Easter. Learn something new everyday, LOL. My mom still gets me candy but my mom always spoils me so I figured she was just still treating me like her wittle baby.

We just do baskets for the kids. I try to minimize the candy because Kiefer will want to eat candy all day long until it is all gone. I usually do some stuff from the dollar section at target and other age appropriate toys or accessories. I LOVE Reese's anything so I usually get quite a few Reese's eggs for DF and I but that's it.

I'm also in the club of my mom still making me a basket. She always puts lots of candy with peanut butter in it, lotion, lip gloss, etc. She also always gets me something for all the minor holidays like St. Patrick's day, V-Day, 4th of July, etc. She is holiday obsessed.

DH usually gets me some Cadbury Eggs for Easter since I love them, but no basket now that we have kids. My dad doesn't do an Easter basket for me anymore, but he always gets me a giant heart box of chocolates for Valentines. My DH gets jealous I think and tries to outdo my dad
